Tatsumi and Partners is the master landscape architecture firm for the 1,600-acre master planned community of Rancho El Dorado. Located 25 minutes from Phoenix, Arizona, Rancho El Dorado is designed as the premiere new community of the region. Its grand entry way will host a boulevard of palm trees leading to its signature vista point overlooking a 25-acre lake. From there, the Rancho El Dorado Parkway will provide a landscaped loop circulation linking all parts of the master planned community. Ultimately, Rancho El Dorado will include an 18-hole championship golf course, a network of neighborhood parks, a village center and over 130 acres of landscaped grounds.
